    I truly loved my experience here! The ambience is lovely, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. A special shoutout to our waiter, who was absolutely amazing, attentive to the smallest details, and provided excellent service. The food was also good overall. My only critique is the Malva Pudding; it tasted a bit dry and bitter rather than the sweet, moist traditional version I am used to. Even so, the stellar service made it a wonderful visit!

    Food was excellent, but Luvo made the night. His service was out of this world and he made conversation like we were old friends. People like him make you want to come back. 100% returning for Luvo again 🌟

    The Old Bank has beautiful decor and a luxurious ambiance. I booked the restaurant to have an engagement dinner there and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The managers went out of their way to make sure they assisted in making the day turn out how we envisioned it. My only criticism would be that our food took long to come out even though we pre-ordered most of the food. However I can understand that it was peak service time and they had limited staff of duty. Overall a great experience. Will be going back again and definitely recommend it.

    Food was great lovely Hotel very nice but the place was full and they only had 2waiters which delayed the service otherwise it was good

    IT is a very cool space and a cool idea. We waited 40 minutes just to get all the people's drinks at the table. Wine list was partially out of stock. The poor lady was trying to wait on tables and run the bar. The food was good and fair value, but their infrastructure does not accomodate a smooth experience unfortunately. I really hope they can sharpen up, then it will be a great experience.
