    Arrived at 11:30 on Sunday and they told me they were closed and only open at 12:30. Their hours show 10am. They please need to update their hours on their site as it is misleading. Luckily after speaking to the manager he agreed my disabled friend on crutches and I, could sit and wait till the staff arrived. We waited an hour. But the food was great. Thank you

    We were a party of 6. When we placed our orders, we were advised that the lamb shank would take over an hour to prepare and had to change our order. The medium to well steak was rare. 1 person got their meal 10 minutes before everyone else. 1 person got their bread when they were almost done with their meal. 1 person didn't receive their drinks order, and when we asked the waiter where it was, only then we were told that they don't have that flavour available. 2 other item we ordered were not available. The creamy chicken seemed like an over fried half chicken fillet, with a portion of fries. Not even a slice of tomato or cucumber. I've seen kiddies meals with more food on the plate. Even the likes of KFC and Spur is much tastier. When I mentioned all of the above, I was offered a slice of baklava, while walking out of the restaurant. Not a pleasant experience and I will definitely not go back, and neither will I recommend the place to anyone.

    Our waiter, Smallboy was fantastic. The food was good, but our taouk were initially raw. After sending them back, they were remade, but unfortunately, they came back raw again. Thankfully, our waiter took initiative and personally ensured they were cooked properly. The restaurant's ambiance is gorgeous, and the staff made us feel comfortable. The fleece blanket was a lovely touch! However, the indoor hookah smoking was a major drawback for me. As a non-smoker, the smoke affected my health. Unfortunately, this means I won't be returning.

    My husband waited 30minutes for a strawberry milkshake waiter for half of my drinks order and then waited extra 20minutes for the rest of my drinks order the problem is the place was not even busy waiter don't listen to the customer my steak was not even cooked how I wanted it very disappointed with everything not worth the money they are very slow plus false advertising of the menu the menu on the website is not the same as going to the restaurant very misleading I would not waste my money again there

    Service was slow at the start. The food came out separately so we had to wait for each person to get their food - we were a table of 9. The menu states a 45 minute wait which would be acceptable if we received hot food. We did not “complain” to management, we had our fill because we were hungry, paid and left. I think everyone’s experiences may be different, ours was not great. Our waiter was sweet though so shout out to “Small Boy”.
