One of our founder Theo’s fondest memories of living in New York is the city’s abundance of eateries serving all-day brunch or tapas, often with an amazing wine list and always with incredible cocktails.

At Alchemy, we aim to bring a slice of that experience to our shores, with a menu designed to satisfy your food cravings, all day long. From Theo’s mom’s recipes to a tapestry of globally inspired dishes, each plate is presented with love, our usual commitment to excellence and our appetite for innovation.     Certainly a most wonderful dining experience. Applause to the Chef and her Brigade. On top of it we discovered a new wine estate with superb quality wines !!!!!!! Thank you all Jeanne and Dieter

    Alchemy should be proud of hosting the Keermond food and wine pairing evening. Absolute value for money. The Chef really did herself proud by complementing those special wines and getting the taste profiles perfect. Service slick and professional. Well done.

    We made a booking for the Valentine's day special but a table was not reserved for us. Moved tables 3 times to eventually get a table that we could dine on. The service was poor, waited for over an hour just to get starters. The waitress got very upset when we didn't tip her and refused to speak to us thereafter.

Regarding the table, you are correct that you had a reservation. We sincerely apologize that we were unable to accommodate your request for an outdoor table, as they were all fully booked. We understand this was frustrating, and we regret that we could not move you to one of these tables. We also acknowledge the unacceptable wait time for your starters. Valentine's Day was exceptionally busy for us, and while we pride ourselves on our high standards of service, we clearly fell short on this occasion. We are taking steps to improve our service efficiency and are addressing the staffing challenges we faced that evening. We value your feedback and are committed to providing a better dining experience for all our guests. Regarding the interaction with your waitress, we've spoken with her about your feedback. We've used this as an opportunity to reinforce with our team the importance of attentive and gracious service, even during peak times. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'd like to thank you for your feedback and hope you'll consider giving us another chance to show you our true level of service in the future.
