    I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Lizelle for the outstanding job she delivered as the events organizer at Allee Bleue. Her professionalism, adaptability, and commitment were evident throughout the event. Despite the agenda running behind schedule, Lizelle remained entirely in sync with the flow of the programme. She seamlessly adjusted plans, anticipating needs before they arose, and ensured the event continued without disruption. Her ability to “fall in” effortlessly, without hesitation or resistance, demonstrated exceptional situational awareness and a solutions-driven mindset. From start to finish, Lizelle maintained complete oversight of all moving parts, displaying both precision in execution and calm composure. Her attention to detail, combined with her proactive approach, made it clear that she was always one step ahead, keeping the entire event on track while ensuring guests and stakeholders experienced nothing short of excellence. Under her coordination, the catering was equally impressive—receiving compliments from all who attended. The menu, featuring perfectly prepared fish, chicken, vegetables, potatoes, and fresh salad, catered thoughtfully for both Halaal and vegetarian guests. Lizelle’s performance reflects high standards of corporate event management, and her dedication is a credit to her professionalism and to Allee Bleue.

    Wonderful setting, service and wine. Food was unfortunately well below expectations though.

    We popped in for a quick lunch before heading back to Cape Town. It was a great experience, although the room is large and mostly white (difficult to keep cosy in winter) the fire was loaded with wood and burnt beautifully while we were there and an AC warmed the rest of the environment! Our service was amazing and the food very good value and very tasty. We will definitely be back!

    The service was great. the food was fine, but the patty was a bit sinewy and touch, other good value for money. the staff are perfect. from reception to the ladies serving and the supervisor overseeing the service and the conference room.
