    Bad service. Waited 2 hours for food until i got up and went to the lady at the front desk to ask for my food, finally when the food came it was served without the serviette. Ordered still water with my meal, waitress forgot about my water, i had to get up again and at the front desk, when the water finally came i was not given a glass, i had to go to the bar to get ask for the glass and the glass was dirty. We deicided to close the bill and go somewhere else. Waitresss only care about customers at the VIP section, tip is more important than customer service. I would not recommend Allure to anyone.

    We planned our booking so that it can be within the buy 1 cocktail get 1 free special. We had two Cosmos which was part of the special then we we're supposed to get two free. Cosmos are R65 each but yet we were both charged a total of R180 for two cocktails

    Will not recommend! Worst experience since walking in- I made a booking for my sister’s Birthday on the Wednesday the Friday when we got there we were told that because we ate more than 7 we have to have an account of R5000! My husband and I then asked why they did’t let us know when the booking was made, the lady then said she phoned, we continued to ask when she phoned. And Guess what she phoned 30min before we arrived *shocking* We were ready to leave, but decided to stay. Almost everything we WANTED to order was “out of stock” - our friends wanted to order sliders and to our surprise she got told they can’t because they only have enough sliders for the platters. Obviously because the platters are more money! how do you operate a business like that??? I used to work in the hospitality industry and the service there was extremely poor and the food tasteless. I will never go back or recommend!

We do try to communicate prior to arrival for our guests. our dinner table which do not require a minimum requirement spend are the dinner tables. Guests over 7, have to be seated at the lounge area which has a minimum requirement spend. After investigation, our hostess had tried to get in contact with the number provided several times and there was no response. However, we're truly sorry for the experience you went through.     Myself and 4 friends initially went for happy hour cocktails. When we arrived, they told us that their happy hour and all cocktails are cancelled due to having an event. We ended up getting foods, cidars and a bottle. As soon as we opened our bottle, our waitress asks us if we would like to settle the bill because her shift is about to end. We’re like sure, we still need to drink our bottle finished, and don’t mind going to the bar thereafter. As soon as our waitresses shift ends. We see another employee speaking to a waitress saying that they need to move us. She eventually comes to us (our bottle is half at this point) tells us that we need to move to a different table. We ask why, she says because we need to spend a 10K at the current table we were at. We explained that it was not mentioned to us at all. We said that we don’t mind moving, but the principal is that that didn’t make us aware of this. And we were only halfway through our bottle. This woman did not listen to us, she was speaking over us and saying that guests who have booked this table are waiting outside. We were so over this lady at this point. Because she was saying different things everytime. She goes to a waitress, and says “move this people to this table, they full of shit” . They waitress comes to us, moves us to a table in the passage where people walks. The waitress tells us that we will be assigned a new waitress. No waitress came, we went to the bar and was told that we do have a waitress and that she will come to us. No waitress came and there was an open couch section in the area we were 1st sitting at the entire night we were there. I did not appreciate that the lady was changing up everything, moving us (which was embarrassing) and speaking ill of us to the waitresses. I also don’t know why she lied about saying guests are waiting outside if there was a section open the entire night. Im sorry, our waitress was lovely. But other than that. The service was pathetic
