Set on a working wine estate in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands, lies a unique cult wine producer called Alluvia Specialist Winery.

Alluvias award winning wine estate and its luxury accommodation provides a match made in heaven, which we simply describe as “the vineyard lifestyle...”

Alluvia encapsulates the complete spirit of wine, our land blessed with tiny fertile alluvial deposits of Table Mountain Sandstone and Granite which gives us a perfect platform to produce world class wines of integrity. At Alluvia we constantly challenge the boundaries of traditional wine making styles; an approach that earned us top honours at the Decanter World wine awards for Alluvias “ilka” Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as The International Wine & Spirits awards and numerous other accolades. Even before its maiden release, our lisa Cabernet Franc was nominated by Wine Magazine as the top Cabernet Franc in South Africa.

    As always it was a great pleasure for me to bring a very special friend from Monaco to you for lunch yesterday Mon 8/6/26. We ordered the fresh tuna which was cooked to perfection as was the delicious selection of vegetables. The only thing that disappointed was your out-of-order fire place — it was raining and quite cold so we really missed it. Just for your info, my friend would have enjoyed a glass of Chardonnay. It might be a good idea to have some secretly at the back because I’m sure others ask for this wine. Otherwise, we had a most enjoyable afternoon at Alluvia!

    Very well organised and smooth. Lovely helpful staff. Food hot well presented and tasty. Our party was 36 people, not one complaint about anything! Fabulous.

    We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday on Sunday at Alluvia - she loves natures and views so your venue sure ticked these for her and the family - she absolutely loved the views. We enjoyed the meals… some of our guests had the tuna steak and pork belly - these I will highly recommend also the set menu - the tomato soup with the bread scored perfect, thou the lamb shank I would have with less sauce and lastly the Malva pudding was some of the best we had. Altogether an absolutely wonderful experience. Compliments to our waitress Olivia in how she served us and accommodated all of us and compliments to all your staff for their friendliness and kindness. Thank you adding in making my wife’s birthday a great success.
