    We had a simply wonderful evening celebrating our 42nd anniversary. Such a relaxing and quiet place to enjoy each other's company. The staff are all extremely polite and the ambiance very relaxed, not to mention the exquisite food which was beautifully prepared. Thank you for a most enjoyable experience. We will definitely visit again

    The management of this restaurant is incredible. We arrived at 7pm and had a reservation for this time. Our table was only ready around 7.20pm. (The restaurant was quite busy) We were then seated, and taken through their menu The starters were nothing short of amazing We were seated close to the door and it was freezing cold. We had requested a heater or to be moved which unfortunately was not possible. Our main meals arrived . The prawns were divine however the steak was undercooked (I requested medium to well) and sent it back to be cooked for a while longer The management team were so sincere and apologetic. Prince was extremely helpful and kind through the evening and there was another gentleman too who explained that our experience was not one they uphold at Alta and didn’t charge us for our meals. As someone that eats out frequently ,been a while since I have come across a restaurant that upholds their brand and customer service standards with such care. I really commend them for their efforts I will definitely be back here!
