    Service : on arrival , my booking nowhere confirmed in booking register . Nobody knew of us .. Orders of two of my guests were incorrectly taken , the rest of the food was served, and we had to wait for correct orders to arrive - cold meals ! High price for average food with shaky service

    Food is of an extremely high level. Grilled fish of the Day with pea puree risotto is probably the best meal you can buy in all of Plett. Service is impeccable. It's obviously pricey, but the quality is so good that its not an issue. Also hotel is stylishly and beautifully decorated. 10/10 no notes
