    We had such a lovely experience at Fairlawns Boutique Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The spa experience was peaceful and luxurious...exactly what we needed. The treatments were excellent and left us feeling relaxed and well taken care of. Lunch was absolutely sumptuous, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The tranquil setting and attention to detail throughout our visit made the whole day feel special. Thank you to the staff for making our time memorable. We look forward to returning again soon. Henry and Debbie Steyn

    The service was shocking. Not that they were busy or understaffed. I had booked a table for 4; there was no table for 4 ready when we arrived. We waited 30 minutes for our bottle of champagne to arrive. The food took forever to come to the table. The food was extremely bland and for that matter , overpriced. When the bill came, the R800 deposit made when booking, was not deducted. I had to query that. Will not recommend this restaurant. We had the exact same experience exactly a year ago; nothing has changed.

    Such pleasant experience! The staff is approachable, pleasant and welcoming. The serving turn around times and table clearing after after every serving require some attention. On the overall we were pleasantly impressed with the ambiance . We’re definitely coming back!
