    We went to Annam for the date night special. The ambience is pleasant and comfortable. The service was good. The starter of squid to share was very good. The main meal where we both had the ribs was tasty although the aubergines on the side were almost raw. Fortunately both of us love very salty food and I think most people would find the ribs way too salty, but ok for us! The deserts were a let down. The chiffon cupcake (chiffon is supposed to be light and airy) was very hard and dry so it was returned and exchanged for a banana cake which really wasn't good. The panna cotta pudding was ok but mostly made of sago with hard bits of "pana cotta" in. Pana cotta is usually smooth and light.

    Very disappointing. The food was tasteless, I had the curry, the rice was old and dry. So little food for a lot of money! My daughter had the noodle soup, which was lovely. Very disappointed that there was no Tiger beer.

    Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your meal was disappointing. We're truly sorry the curry didn't meet your expectations. Our Vietnamese-style curry is intentionally lighter and has a different flavour profile from the richer Indian curries, which we should have communicated better. We also assure you our rice is cooked fresh daily, and we are concerned to hear it was dry. On a brighter note, we're so glad your daughter loved her noodle soup! Regarding the Tiger Beer, it's Singaporean. We are, however, currently sourcing authentic Vietnamese beers to enhance your experience, which will hopefully be available soon!     Saturday evening family meal - 11 people. Lovely ambience. Rained outside - cosy inside. Excellent service. Some had the bottomless broth - which was excellent. Others had the Lemongrass Ribs which were excellent. wonderful cocktails Lovely evening but pricey. Be prepared to pay more than other similar restuarants but all round a very good experience

    Fabulous first time experience. Starter, cocktails and nauns were exceptional. Best chicken broth of my life! Will be back to try more items for sure. A hidden gem.
