    Food was absolutely OVERPRICED and not worth it. We had the prawn roll for R225 and the menu said it was a brioche roll but it was more like a cheap stale roll from KFC! My friend had the fries because we were told that only one grill is used for food prep so the meat was good on the same grill as vegetarian options. Your meals are ridiculously expensive and not worth it. For R225 i can rather get myself a wonderful steak at another place down the road. Once dinner is over your customers are nicely kicked out of their table or told to spend min R5000 to continue sitting the table. We were told we can sit on the “islands” in the middle of the dance floor at no min charge but there are only 6 tiny side tables which were all taken. So you either dance or stance around or pay 5000 for a seat! Music was good and decor was cute but that was about it! Definitely not worth the social media hype.

    Hubby and I had the pleasure of celebrating our 29th Wedding Anniversary at The Baby Restaurant in Sea Point, and what an unforgettable experience it was! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and elegance. The setting is sophisticated yet inviting, the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere had the perfect balance of energy and refinement. Every detail was handled with such care. A heartfelt thank you to Nick and the entire team for making our special day so memorable. Your attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this celebration one we will always treasure. Highly recommended for any occasion worth celebrating or simply to treat yourself to something exceptional.

    Hostess was very pushy, told us we have spend an extra R5000 if we don’t a red to sit at the table. Even though the table did not have a third seating booked. We ate dinner had drinks had more guests but we got up to leave. The table was empty. I felt she was cheeky and we would still be spending yet we had to stand in the walkway. It made no sense.
