Sublime. Our waitress was so sweet and knowledgable about the food and ingredients, patiently explaining everything. The cocktails were delectable and reasonably priced. And the food... oh heavens, the food. I'm incapable of choosing a favorite dish, they were all so good. We had the Prawn & Pork Sui Mai dumplings, stuffed to bursting with tastiness. Very seldom have I been served a perfect dumpling, these were exquisite on all fronts. Korean Fried Chicken Bao - how they keep the chicken so crispy while smothered in that delicious sauce I can't comprehend, but some magical ritual was performed and we received steaming, soft, perfect bao, with yummy crispy chicken. Next was the Pork Belly bao, another homerun. This was followed by the Slow Braised Hoisin Beef Shortrib bao, which was unctuous in the very best way. And almos-finally there was the Cauliflower cake which knocked us out with the depth of flavor. We also ordered egg-fried rice, which was lovely, but we should have known it would be too much. We only managed a few bites and brought the rest home with us. I also took a slice of their Chocolate cremeux tart home to have with coffee at a later date. It's a very sexy dessert that delivers on every promise it makes. Save room for dessert, it's worth it! I want to go back every day. Absolutely stellar experience from start to finish.
