    Fantastic food and friendly and attentive team. Lovely dining room where you can see the chefs crafting the dishes. I loved the ethos of the restaurant. Highly recommend the tasting menu with wine pairing. An exciting menu that is fresh, well balanced, and delicious. Springbok the standout dish not to be missed. The service was lovely with a variety of servers all bringing positivity and joy to the experience throughout the evening. I felt the price point represents excellent value for money and would encourage anyone considering to go ahead and book. I dined alone at the counter and felt very comfortable and looked after. Booking via email was painless, but would be great if you could book for one via the online process. Thank you team!

    Bao downs is exceptional. Seriously. Food is next level good. Flavour combos are incredible. Great variety of carefully selected items on the menu… each with a unique spin to it. Service is very friendly and attentive. Good value too. Definitely in my Cape Town top picks. With certainty, I will be returning again.
