    Hi Always love the experience and food and service However.... whilst good service is important to us, once we have our food and our mouth is full eating or speaking, having 3 different waitrons checking up on us is a bit much and a bit irritating. One good interlude is sufficient.

    Food wasn't great, and tasteless, restaurant had insufficient lighting for load shedding, generator was also not working.

    Dear Sereesha I am really sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your meal with us. This is not our usual standard. Our generator started giving us problems earlier in the week, and by Thursday it was still not fixed. They were actually busy working on it that same evening. Our chefs had difficulty working in the dark, and this could be a reason why your food quality was not up to standard. Please accept our apologies. The generator got fixed the next day, so all is good on our side.
