Home to a craft brewery, restaurant, bar, small hotel, organic kitchen garden, bakery, shop and boutique nursery, Barrington’s in Plettenberg Bay is a true multi-faceted, experience destination.

A show stopping triple volume reception gives way to the inner workings of the brewery and the imposing marble topped Barrington’s Bar, alongside which the quieter, welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant resides. Beautiful outdoor terraces complete with firepots and fireplace ensure alfresco dining is an option regardless of the time of the year.

The menu offers unconventional delights. A wide selection of tapas, slow cooked, free range meats, prepared in Barrington’s custom-made smoker, gourmet burgers and delicious salads are paired with fresh indigenous regional ingredients, including Barrington’s very own daily harvest from their showstopping organic kitchen garden.

    Excellent Sunday lunch and also breakfast. A very different setting. Fabulous kitchen garden with loads of fresh produce. Lovely staff, good value, interesting menu. A great place all round. Definitely worth a try.

    Fabulous meal at Barringtons. Tried 4 Tapas dishes, Bitterbollen, crispy calamari, prawns in the most delicious sauce and pork belly pieces which were all delicious

    It was my first time at Barringtons restaurant in Plettenberg and I was absolutely amazed at the great value of the awesome meals and the great quality of food. The setting was perfect and I will for sure be recommending and bringing more clients to Barringtons.
