    room was filled with loud screaming (obnoxious) bridal shower women, and the performer played way too heavily to them rather than the large group of American men or the other smaller groups of people there celebrating birthdays, etc; the food was fine, performance was good; service was hit-or-miss; drinks were watered down.

    I’ve worked in hospitality for 8 years, I know restaurants can be tiring. However, the manager and waiter were extremely unpleasant. Waiter kept on rolling his eyes and tossing drinks and food on the table. Unfortunately as an establishment that mainly caters for special occasions, it’s crucial to ensure that each experience is dealt with properly, and if one tries to nicely approach the manager, to not get dismissed rudely. Our waiter was even rolling his eyes and scoffing when on stage, but was suddenly very friendly when time for tips came around. Ina Propriette was absolutely brilliant and definitely made sure my mum’s bachelorette was fun, even though it got off to a sour start due to the service.

    We did not have a good experience. The music was painfully loud averaging 110 dB. We left early because it was intolerable. Also too many bachelorette parties at the venue. We also are not sure if our deposit was applied to the bill.

    Overall ambience of Beefcakes is lovely. State of bathroom was terrible and meals gets served in chipped plates. Manager Paul not very approachable when I spoke to him.
