    We were very happy to be dining at Bilboa on the hottest day of the year. The sea views and the breeze were welcome. Camp's Bay was bustling. It was nice to be above street level. The chili garlic prawns were so good. We appreciated the tortilla to scoop up the sauce! The calami, prawn and fennel salad was perfect -- loads of crispy flavorful fresh fennel on perfectly grilled plump pieces of squid and shrimp.

    We always love eating at Bilboa. The views of the Camps Bay strip and activities always entertain. Food and service as usually excellent! Highly recommended.

    Total scam this place. Paid 700 R for 3 scallops….. didnt even know know the price bevause Its not stated in the menu for this specific item. Rest of the good also very very medium quality.

    The setting is great. The food is okay for the price, but not great. One irritating thing (that the restaurant can do nothing about) is that around sunset there are people coming to sing and beat on drums, making it impossible to have a conversation, turning your serene dinner into a noisy affair where you have to shout at the people at your table to make yourself heard. As I said it is not something the restaurant can control, but beware.
