It was my first visit. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was fabulous as was the service and ambience. It was a birthday celebration, so the sparkled ice cream was a bonus. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Here’s the rephrased version: --- The food was good! However, I would suggest expanding the potsticker (gyoza) options beyond just beef and chicken. Additionally, I requested a spirits list, but the waitress mentioned you don’t have one. I noticed on Instagram that you advertised Toki whiskey, but without a spirits list, I lost interest in exploring other options. Not everyone drinks wine or cocktails, so having a spirits list is essential. I also recommend adding sake, a traditional Japanese beverage that would pair much better with the dishes than wine. Sparkling sake is a great alternative to traditional champagne, too. I found the cocktails to be a bit pricey, which doesn’t align with the food prices. Is there nothing priced under R100? The food options are fantastic, and I’ll definitely be back, hoping to see more potsticker varieties. Imagine offering a hoisin duck potsticker or something with truffle—just truffle oil, as we all know real truffles are quite expensive. I also didn’t recall hearing any music during my visit. The waitstaff seemed a bit disengaged, and I suggest providing them with training to enhance their selling skills, especially for first-time customers who may not be familiar with the cuisine. The dim sums looked like they had been pre-made and frozen for a while, which made them less appealing; I rated them a 3.5 out of 5. However, the sauce that accompanied them was fantastic! You might consider creating a Yuzu mojito or a sparkling drink featuring yuzu. It’s very refreshing, and I believe customers would love it. A Yuzu mojito would be a great addition!
