    We had a bad time yesterday,the service was horrible,the food we ordered was worse,the Ribs were Raw,the wors was burned,the Rolls were stale and they warned them in a microwawe which just made it worse,The pizza was a dissaster,they are busy with renovations and the section was very dirty and did not look safe for the kids to play,The slides are not child friendly. A Kasi Chisanyama is way much better than this

    We didn’t get to stay cause the restaurant has been affected by the construction nearby as a result it’s got hoarding and dirt. It was not at all what it looks like on social media. No music no vibe.

    The experience was good overall and I can’t complain. However, I was disappointed with the characters for the kids – they didn’t dance for the kids. The music was also shut down because the speaker was not charged, and there was no plan in place to fix it, so the kids couldn’t dance and enjoy much . Another concern is that I was told there was a “buy 1 get 1 free” special on certain drafts, but this was changed and did not apply when I made my purchase. Please remove any false advertising to avoid misleading customers. Besides these issues, everything else was good.

    If you're going to put a surcharge on tables greater than 10 and can't split the bill, having one waiter for 25 or so people is not really feasible and doesn't work well. The actual server was excellent but overwhelmed

    The place is so bad with a construction site where the kids play. It looks unsafe , they don’t even make the effort of dancing with the kids anymore. The food? So horrible the wings were off, the ribs we bought were totally bad. I’m so disappointed

    The food was burnt, my son didn't enjoy his pizza, my husband couldn't even finish his food, I regret driving all the way from Rustenburg to there.
