A SOUTH AFRICAN CULINARY JOURNEY IN THE HEART OF CAPE TOWN

We hit the road, from coastlines to koppies, chasing the true taste of South Africa. Along the way, we found stories, shared fires, and a whole lot of flavour. That spark turned into a flame, a fire to serve you something real, something rooted, something proudly local.

Inspired by the people, the plates, and the pulse of our many cultures, our kitchen is a melting pot in motion. Every dish tells a story, textured, bold, and full of soul.

We honour the past, celebrate the present, and stir up something fresh for the future. Welcome to a new taste of home. South African, through and through, with a twist.

We were a group of 6 - loved the aesthetic about the place and it was everyone's first time . We ordered the winter specials - the people who ordered thw bowrewors rolls were complaining that the rolls were stale which didn't make it very enjoyable. We were asked at the beginning by the waiter where she could bring sauces/chillies etc - which we assume were free. But was charged for. Otherwise it was really nice experience

What a lovely spot to end a long day off. Ambience is great, food is amazingly South African with a little extra touch of perfection. The drinks were all great, definitely try the Paloma here is 10/10. Our waiter, Millie, gave us great service. Amazing place for locals and travelers. Boma is definitely a place to try out on Bree Street

Amanda was fabulous and helped us have a really wonderful first-night-in-Cape-Town dinner! I was recommended Boma from a South African colleague and we were very happy that I decided to listen to them!
