The chicken biryani should be taken off the menu. Its rice was of poor quality , not soft . The spices were overpowering and I do jot mean hot as in chilly hot. The chicken looked like an afterthought . You waiters serve the kulfi with their thumbs in the side of the bowl. This is unhygienic and unsightly. Your staff ought to be better dressed. Their service is impeccable together with the ambience , the Rigan Josh and kulfi makes up in part for the biryani.

Great dinner and ambiance at Bombay Brasserie. Rogan Josh was delicious as was the Bombay Chaat Tasting Plate. Service was also very good. Prices are fairly steep but this is a 5 star hotel after all and the food was very good and authentically Indian.
