    I was totally disgusted with my ribeye steak last night. It was a piece of sinuey meat that in no way resembled any ribeye steak Iv ever seen! Also I ordered a medium steak and it was rare. How any chef worth his salt could actually cook and serve a customer that is beyond me! Fridges of prime meat promise a superior experience but unfortunately the reality was far from it. I wouldn’t feed that to my dogs. The manager agreed with me and took it off my bill but that’s not the point. My supper was ruined and I went home hungry. They did offer me a replacement but why not just serve a decent meal in the first place? I would have had to sit and eat alone when my dinner companions had finished their meals. The ribs which my friend ordered were nothing more than bones with the thinnest bit of meat on. Luckily she is a very small eater or she would have also left hungry. Bossa used to be one of my favourite places to eat but after quite a few bad steak meals here (the reason I tried the rib eye), I most certainly won’t be back for steak any time soon. I would suggest getting a chef who knows what he is doing.
