    We had a lovely breakfast and wine tasting. Ryno really is the best! Very knowledgeable and easy going.

    Most important - the menu on the website is not what is actually offered. The online menu implies a much more sophisticated experience both in food and ambience.

    We enjoyed the lunch. However, it was a bit of a disappointment when we were informed that there was only one steak left and other than wine, only beer (not ice cold ) and no brandy available It is a lovely setting

    I booked on line on the strength of the on-line menu. We arrived to a burger and pizza menu - not want we wanted, so left. Very disappointing

    The pizza and burger was good when it finally arrived. The starter calamari took 40 minutes to arrive and there was only one other group in the restaurant. It seemed as though the poor waitress was on her own doing everything, making the drinks, taking orders and doing the cooking. Restaurant definitely needs more staff! Experience didn't resonate with the fantastic experience we had at Ridgeback Wines. Ridgeback should be a little concerned that the Restaurant is letting the venue experience down somewhat. The experience and menu certainly didn't match what the Botanicum restaurants' website appears to promise.
