    After a disappointing meal in Paranga what a pleasure Bovine was. Excellent service, attentive but not intrusive, fabulous food.

    The steak was good, and I suppose that’s what really matters but the sides were average quality and quite small. Menus were sticky and dirty which is always off putting. Clean toilets. Reasonable service levels. The banquette my wife was sat on was much higher than my chair so she was towering over me (a small thing but not going to lie, it felt a bit odd). I’d say overall, not a disappointment but not a wow moment either.

    Great place, we got terrace seat, so lovely to people watch too, streak & red wine lush, and service good… not the cheapest but a good experience & worth it.
