    Bad customer services, the place is just over rates for nothing. From the moment we entered the restaurant door it was just poor services all the way from the hostess/ receptionist we have not experienced the fine dining at, this restaurant did not meet our desired expectation for a fine dining, 5 star experience I booked a table for my birthday experience via restaurant week , everything was confirmed online and telephonically but when we get to the venue/ restaurant were very disappointed there was not table reserved and booked for us , they tried to squeeze us in between two tight table which did not have space at all, they made us sit in a bar while we are awaiting for them to set us table for us upstairs, the table did not even come with a proper table set up , no cutlery , no wine glasses, etc they were fetching everything from the kitchen as per our request while sitting there. , we order water which took 30 minutes to arrive , the wine was even worse . This made our experience extremely bad and horrible as a results we ended up not even enjoying the food. This was our bad experience for a good top rated restaurant, I will never recommend this restaurant to others including my family members. we tried to raise the concern with manager who keep on apologising, the restaurant does not even offer a complementary cake for a birthday. my sister was very disappointed she h drove all the way from Rustenburg for a disappointing experience dinner . never again!

    Our stay was great more especially the care of the staff who added to the value add. Shaniel Dinna the chef went beyond duty to take care of our vegetarian needs and the food was delicious, really delectable. We also want to make special mention of Patricia who was alway the perfect hostess and Samke, Ruwaan And Kagesho. Thank you for the amazing staff above who made our stay amazing.

    Food was descent, although portion was small for the price. The overall service was excellent. The ambience is pleasantly impressive. Will be back many more times over.
