    Absolutely loved Mother’s Day lunch. The service was impeccable, food selection was extensive and everything was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and made mom’s day so special. We would definitely go back again

    Cocktails a bit expensive

    The hotel and food was exceptional - however our experience with the dining end was horrible. we came for a Mothers Day breakfast and had a terrible service, for one our waiter (Thabo) was very inconsistent, and we had to keep calling him to take our orders and then check up on food, also following a simple instruction to bring the kids food out first. we were told upon arrival that the kitchen was to close early and be comfortably adhered to it and provided all our choices well before the time. we received our food over an hour later and that too extremely delayed. the table next to us came in 30min after us (big number too) and all received their food within 20min after orders were placed. the kitchen delay of hold-up was an absolute disappointment!

    Thank you, Vivari for making Mother’s Day so special. The food was superb and the ambience with the live Saxophonist was such a vibe. Looking forward to Father’s Day.
