They did not have the mussels on the menu, a speciality of theirs and the chicken in the curry was overcooked and dry.

Everything was "okay", just not great. We thought the wine list had very few affordable wines.

What a lovely Mother's Day brunch including champagne with 2 chocolate covered strawberries. Mother remarked that it was the best ever toasted ham and cheese. I loved my chicken liver with poached egg on ciabatta. Freddie was an awesome waiter.

The waiter - didn’t know the price of the Mother’s Day set menu - and initially didn’t offer it to us until we told him we called in and they told us there is a set menu on Mother’s Day- the restaurant also ran out of the mussels which we wanted to order. The waiter brought out the wrong sides with the suit. We waited 50 minutes for our first course and an average of 2o minutes after he cleared each course. The waiter couldn’t provide us with what was written on the menus - for example the chicken and prawn curry - on the menu it said it’s a combo - he told us it’s two separate curries and we need to choose one or pay extra if we want both.
