    The food was delicious, the decor is beautiful and and the ambience is warm and cozy, like a delightful embrace! To top it all, the staff are professional, efficient and friendly! I'm definately going to be visiting again. I highly recommend Cafe Paradiso as a restaurant that ticks all the boxes whether your looking for an intimate meal or a get together with a group of friends.

    We had a delicious brunch from the breakfast menu. Sat on verandah with view of Table Mountain. Excellent and friendly service.

    It’s such a lovely spot and the food we had was great. But the service was really terrible. As we were about to order, we were then informed of a whole list of meals out of stock. We also tried to order some beers on tap, but those too were out of stock. Which just ruined the whole experience

We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the space and the food, but we are genuinely sorry that the service and availability of items negatively impacted your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to find out that several meals were unavailable only when you were ready to order, and then to also discover that the beers on tap were out of stock. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we sincerely apologise. We are addressing this with our team to ensure that our stock availability is communicated more effectively and that our service standards are maintained.
