    The restaurant took in too many patrons and unfortunately both the waiters and kitchen staff couldn’t cope. We went to watch the rugby on the big screen and while our waiter really tried his best, it was just too busy and therefore we waited too long to get anything additional when requested.

    Horrible first experience. Restaurant could not handle the demand on a busy night. Waited too long for drinks and waitress service was pathetic. Could hardly find her. When called, she never came. Starter giblets was really bad and had a funny taste. Main course chicken was burnt and dry. Would never go back to calistos at monte.
