    We have been going to Cartel for many years and as recently as November, but the food has gone from excellent to shocking, won’t go back!

    Service was really bad, when we got there they couldn’t find our booking, and when we eventually got a table, we waited 20minutes for menus and and almost two hours for our food which was cold when it arrived at our table
