Ours is a story steeped in tribute to Neapolitan-style
pizza originating in Naples more than 200 years ago.
The guidelines are simple and elegant - basic, fresh
ingredients including hand-kneaded dough, mozzarella
cheese, basil and olive oil. Neapolitan-style pizzas
are noticeably smaller than modern-sized pizzas and
baked in wood-fired ovens of exceptional heat for a
very short time. The result - a delicately light and crisp
base at the edges with a deliciously saucy centre.
While paying faithful homage to the original, we remain
certain our Neapolitan-inspired Casa Bella signature
pizzas, pastas and grills will continue to delight for
hundreds of years to come.

    I had a reservation for 19:30 and arrived at approximately 19:25 with my three sisters. Upon arrival, we waited by the entrance for about 10 minutes without being attended to. We expected at least a quick acknowledgement so that we knew we had been seen and would be assisted. A waitress eventually came to check on us and we explained that we had not yet been helped. She informed us that there is a hostess responsible for assisting guests at the door. The hostess arrived a few minutes later, although we noticed she had passed by us earlier without greeting or assisting us. We were then taken upstairs, even though our reservation was for the mezzanine floor. We accepted this and proceeded to sit upstairs. Unfortunately, our food took a very long time to arrive. We only received our starter around 21:00. While we understand the restaurant was busy, we did notice that another table of about ten guests who arrived after us were served much earlier and finished their meal before we even received our dessert. On a positive note, our waitress was very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit, which we truly appreciated. Overall, while the food quality and our waitress were good, the delays in seating, communication at the entrance, and long waiting times affected our dining experience.

    It was the first time we ate there and the food was amazing as well as the staff. I also loved the atmosphere and just the overall experience. Will definitely recommend your restaurant.

    The pasta looked nothing like the picture on the menu and the quality was far below what I expected from an Italian restaurant. Service was also very poor — they were clearly short staffed and we waited over an hour for food, and even getting drinks took a long time. I came in with high expectations but left extremely disappointed. I hope management reaches out and gives themselves a chance to redeem this experience.

    Food and service was first class. Only issue was that they could not find the booking made, but this was sorted out quickly.
