    We had a wonderful lunch experience at Casa Bella Menlyn, thanks mainly to our waiter, Kabelo. He was friendly, attentive, and very professional throughout our visit. Kabelo made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, ensured our orders were accurate, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. His excellent service truly enhanced our meal, and he is a great asset to the restaurant. We will definitely be back.

    Food and service were good. Only negatives were the 2 deserts we ordered (out of about 5 desert choices) were subsequently not available - although the manager did apologise and offered us a complimentary Limoncello shot. The ambiance is not great as the shopping centre acoustics don’t make for a quiet dinner.
