    We had the best dining experience, the food was amazing and our waitress Neo was patient, kind and always checking on us as we were a big group. I will recommend it

    The date night menu was horrible, I ordered sirloin and I was told it was finished 30 minutes later. So, we got the spaghetti which overcooked which made the meal hard, it lacked flavour, the chicken was bland, don't get me started with the white sauce! I had 3 waitresses attended to my table, confusing because different plates were brought to us. A Panarottis experience beats casa bella hands down.

    We had a wonderful lunch experience at Casa Bella Menlyn, thanks mainly to our waiter, Kabelo. He was friendly, attentive, and very professional throughout our visit. Kabelo made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, ensured our orders were accurate, and checked in regularly without being intrusive. His excellent service truly enhanced our meal, and he is a great asset to the restaurant. We will definitely be back.
