    Always excellent. Caroline was amazing. My only complaint are diners on their cell phones watching stuff at FULL volume. I have a huge problem with that.

    Check you bill carefully, especially if you have a big group! This Cattle Baron does the steak quite well, need to give credit where it's due. We had a big party of 10 people, and when the bill came, we discovered we were overcharged by R550, not a small amount and 17% extra of the actual bill. When we queried the manager, he arrogantly replied that the mistake happened because how their system works, and then, aggressively, asked if we would like to see him demonstrate how their system works, as if that would make everything ok. To us, rather, the manager's answer implied that he was well aware of the problem and the problem was systemic- then it is reasonable to assume this problem occur rather often. Not sure why he thought that was a good and satisfying reply. Also notable was his indifference, another indication of how the problem is dealt with at that establishment. As a side note, there was a piece of plastic in the creamed spinach which we pointed out. We did receive a comp desert for the trouble. But compared to the scale of the billing error, that is almost not worth mentioning.

    Service was a bit slow yesterday but overall the food was as good as the last time I ate there. We had a good time and we will be back for more. We had your amazing ribs and chicken and it was 10/10

    Our first encounter with the Blouberg branch was a few years ago and it created a very sad impression due to the meat quality served to me. We decided to avoid visiting the branch. As the the branch had a change in ownership we have , recently. decided to give the branch a second chance. My wife ordered the crêpes florentine, as she is vegetarian and I ordered, after discussing the quality with the waitress, the BEEF RIBS. To our surprise the crepe were perfect and my ribs turned out to be poor quality and quantity for the price charged . After settling the bill, I tried to tell the manageress that i was unhappy with my meal I got a negative response. If you think of ordering the BEEF RIBS at this establishment beware you have been warned.

    We were welcomed with a warm smile. Our waiter Michelle was excellent. The kid spilled her milkshake, and it was cleaned with a smile. I forgot to ask the name of lady who tidied up our space The food was absolutely delicious. The wings the ribs, the steak and the chicken burger, it was s good that we vow to come back very soon. Overall, it was a very fantastic night. Thank you so much for welcoming us and making our night a superb one.
