The Cattle Baron Concept commenced in 1987. Eight years later it not only became a legend, but was also honored with the prestigious award for the Best Steakhouse in South Africa, followed by many other awards which is a testament to the great service, food and atmosphere that our valued customers have come to expect from the Cattle Baron Restaurants.

For more than two decades, Cattle Baron has been serving our loyal patrons "The finest cut meat grilled to perfection". The steaks are superb, the seafood is outstanding and the chicken dishes are definitely not to be overlooked. Oh, and don't forget about our delicious desserts we have on offer.

    My wife and I had Pepper Fillets with a side of veggies and some wine. The meal was delicious and we thouroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

    Food was great but restaurant was totally empty when we arrived and remained that way on the verandah until we let at about 7 .30 pm. With the sound off on the TV a little background music would have helped. Ambience was totally lacking on the verandah

    Enjoyed the Food and environment but what pissed me is that I left some of my food , Asked the waiter to bring me a doggy bag instead He took the food to the kitchen and returned with it packed in , when I arrive home only to realize he didnt throw in my veggies he only packed the meat
