    While the place, was very vibey. The store opened at late because the manager was late. Some of the staff was hungover and visibly shaking. The customers helped setup and open the store. We waited really long for food drinks etc, some customers were even ignored. The food was cold, hard to cut and plastic was found in it

    We chose Cause | Effect as the venue for my sister's kitchen tea, and could not have been more content with everything from the booking to the service. Highly recommend visiting for a lovely breakfast (and mimosas that keep coming) and friendly service. Will definitely be back. Big thanks to Angel for accommodating us, and to Nomusa for the great service on the day.
