    Interesting and fun cocktails, but poor service. We made a booking for a certain time, group of 14, but when we arrived, our table wasn't available and no real effort was made to have our table ready as quickly as possible. Table and seats were dirty as well.

    My husband and myself absolutely loved our experience dining for the first time at Cause effect. Staff were extremely friendly and on it . After every smoke break , when returning to our table it would be cleaned and ready to serve our next meal. Special shout out to Annike head waitress. She made our visit extra special providing us with a full experience through menu and drinks . Always stayed a call away and always checked on us through our stay. Will definitely be returning soon !

    Wow what an Amazing Concept.The Food was excellent and so was the Mimosas.Very Friendly staff.Definitely a must visit when u at V@ A waterfront.We will definitely be back.

    I hardly saw my waiter.. I had to send my steak back as she never askedxhw I want it prepared .. was a birthday bt did not get anything complimentary ... Bt overall great evening

    I booked through Dineplan and paid a deposit, which I was told would be deducted from my final bill, with me only needing to pay the difference. I had also purchased a Weekly Deals voucher for a half-price breakfast at Cause Effect. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the breakfast menu advertised on Weekly Deals was not available on their system, meaning I could not redeem the voucher. I therefore had to pay the full price for my breakfast despite having purchased the voucher specifically for the advertised deal. What made the experience even more disappointing was the poor service I received when I questioned why I couldn’t use the voucher. The way my concern was handled was extremely unprofessional and left a very bad impression. Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly because the offer I purchased could not be honoured and the customer service afterwards was poor.
