    Staff was very friendly and I loved the atmosphere. Food I felt was slightly overpriced, and was expecting better quality from a exec chef. I couldn't taste any truffle on my fries m, my spinach was chewy and meat was a bit charred.

    Best burger I've had in months and the butter chicken pie my partner had was a winner too. The service and ambiance was really cozy and the food portions are really decent value for money.

    The team was the most warm and welcoming, The owner is there and actively involved and it shows! Im a sucker for piping hot food and had to send mine back to be warmed and it still came back lukewarm but still full of flavour. The Jollof rice was something unique which really caught my eye and it was good. The Pizza was the winner of the night with a perfect crisp on the crust and generous portions of toppings and cheese.

    The experience at Chef and Co was amazing - the staff were very accommodation in the cold also as we had booked at the bar instead if the restaurant. Food was great, venue has a lot of character, shop/deli offers an interesting array of items - a great experience not to miss in Tulbagh!
