    Food, service and ambiance was amazing. We reserved the table near the fire and the chef had no problem in making very tasty and well cooked meals GF and DF. Thankyou. So glad we made it to this restaurant in our short stay.

    Had a very nice meal; however the server changed our tip amount and they allegedly were unable to correctly charge us. If that periodically happens here I unfortunately would skip this place

    Good day Sam and thank you for your feedback. As you are aware that we tried to correct the mistake on the night but was unable to reverse the transaction due to a security feature on our card machines. We then contacted our bank, and they have been able to process the refund on our behalf. We apologise for this, and hope you understand that it was a genuine mistake on our part. We hope you will be able to join us when back in the country again.

    The new Special Winter Menu is amazing value - about ten dishes in four courses. Each dish had its own flavour, yet complemented the others. In the second course, the lamb sausage and the mussels in jalapeno cream sauce stood out. In the third course, there was fish with its own sauce and bhaji, pork belly and an delicious leek risotto. We spent two hours over lunch. Next time would go for dinner and relax between courses. There will be a next time!!
