    it was such a divine start of our holidays- this gem of a restaurant in the gem of the bree street, with simple yet complex, superb tapas like dishes, full of surprise... exquisite

    Food is excellent and not expensive. Great wine list with good choice available by the glass. Service was first-rate, very helpful and attentive too. Highly recommended

    We were warmly welcomed, and enjoyed the tapas menu, a variety of beautiful dishes of fish, meet and vegetables. The springbok and tuna dishes were excellent, but also the dish with eggplant, or the gyosa, were wonderful.

    Wildly disappointing. Our food had no flavor, this menu has slipped undoubtably and I will no longer be spending my money at the Canteen.

    Not likely to go back but glad to have tried it. The pork belly was great the other dishes pretty average
