    The restaurant itself was stunning, and the food presentation was beautiful, but unfortunately the flavour was average. I ordered the chef’s choice bento box and, out of 9 dishes, only 2 contained meat while the rest were vegetarian. It definitely was not worth over R300 in my opinion. What made the experience worse was the service. We told our waitress it was our first time there and asked how everything worked. She simply told us to look at the menu and offered no guidance at all. Throughout the entire visit, she never once checked on us or asked whether we needed anything. It was also my husband’s birthday, and despite this being mentioned, the waitress did not even acknowledge or wish him. She basically just left a plate that said happy birthday on the table without a word. (I had said it was his birthday when I made the booking) Overall, the combination of average food and poor service made the experience disappointing. If the service had been great, I would have considered coming back, but unfortunately we won’t be returning.

    Hi I booked a team dinner and the service was exceptional! I made a last minute big table booking and Tumi accommodated us and gave us great service. Food was delicious and our waitress was a 10/10… see you very soon again :)
