The farm-to-fork movement is a sustainable philosophy that chef Ciro Molinaro has taken to heart and brings to the hearth of his eatery "Ciro's". Dining at his restaurant in Parktown North on 7th Avenue, between art galleries and contemporary design stores, is an experience that affords one the opportunity to "taste the world" in a menu.

Seasonal offerings are regularly updated, with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine, his inspired dishes encourage a nomadic culinary journey from sumac and spice-laden North African delights, to fresh not-quite-so-traditional antipasti and deli offerings, savoury handmade pasta, and desserts to tempt even the most puritan among us.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Ciro’s. The food was excellent and the service friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back.

    I hada great time filling up my cup with a friend. The atmosphere is chilled and allows for great conversation to take place. The place feels homy and comfy and I appreciate that it does not have a lot of tables. The staff is friendly and efficient. I enjoy the food as well.

    The calf's liver my husband had was superbly done , and my canneloni with artichokes and ricotta divine. Friendly and efficient staff and the lovely garden atmosphere contributed to a most pleasant afternoon.

    Food was unbelievable! So authentic and great quality. The lights were a little bright at first but once the dessert fridge was turned off it was lovely
