    When we arrived, there was no table reserved. Being designated a table was not a problem but did wonder what the purpose of making a booking had served. Cutlery was dirty and knife was damaged (used to open something). Mimosa was served with a touch of dirt floating on top. No butter arrived with the toast. One of the waitresses kept allowing the interleading glass door to slam as she walked between customers and kitchen. First visit. Might do another visit, to gage if it is the norm.
