Clay cafe never ever disappoints, my partner and I have visited various times and each time we’ve always had a great experience with great food and great prices, considering the fact that we had a meal to share, had a drink each and both painted something, our date costed us less than R450, definitely a 10/10 experience always!

We had the date night package what an absolutely awesome experience. The food was excellent, the wine just as good and Tendai was a fabulous teacher and host. We will definitely be back

The food, in general, was very good to excellent. The guacamole outstanding. The chips were greasy and soggy. The prawn dumplings were very good - should have been cooked a little longer (but the server got the order wrong so they rushed them through). The service was exceptionally slow, especially considering there were servers standing around doing nothing. If we hadn’t been painting, the slow service would have become a major problem. All things considered, it’s a great way to spend some time being creative with like minded people. Will definitely return.
