    Absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend the Chicken Milan from the Signature Menu as well as the Prawn pasta. Incredible service, food and atmosphere. We will always be repeat customers!

    Five of us went to Col'cacchio for a pre-theatre lunch last Saturday. It was busy but not overly so. Our food was very good as usual and Patrick, our waiter, made sure that we received it in good time for us to eat at leisure despite him saying that the kitchen was very busy. We really enjoyed eating there, as we have done on several occasions.

    The food was delicious and arrived at the table quickly, which was great, as we were going to the Theatre afterwards. Our waiter Lifa was brilliant and very friendly. would definitely recommend.

    Unfortunately not a pleasant experience at all. From a franchise which had arguably the best pizzas to one where 2 for 1 special stores are probably better. Group of 6, 1 meat meal, 5 pizzas, salads to start, other than the salad and one of the pizzas, the other meals were all awful. Waited an hour for food, meat arrived, ice cold, this after the waiter had told us the meat was ready, he was just waiting for pizzas, 15 minutes later food arrived, obviously the meat had been standing. We raised this and all they did was reheat the meat, needless to say it was then overcooked and tough. At the price charged the last we'd expect. Pizzas were very far from crispy, in fact one was under cooked and all the bases were soggy and too tough. Major let down on a night which we were hoping to be a great birthday outing. Seriously let down by a once great franchise. Will never return to the franchise
