Constantia Glen is ideally located below Constantia Nek, just moments from the bustling Cape Town city centre. We are a picturesque boutique wine estate producing ultra-premium, cool-climate wines. Our Tasting Room offers numerous wine tasting experiences in either our Wine Bar, Outdoor Cobble-stone area, Glass House or the Veranda. We welcome guests to relax and enjoy the exquisite views of the Constantia Valley, glass of wine in hand.

Why not accompany your wine tasting experience with a delicious cheese and charcuterie platter or a mouth-watering main meal? We have something for everyone including vegan and vegetarian options. We offer a delicious selection of Flammkuchen, hearty main dishes, salads and warm soups during winter. We also pride ourselves in offering great coffee and yummy desserts for those with a sweet tooth

    We decided to have a Saturdays Father’s Day celebration and booked at Constantia Glen. Platter was good, wine was expensive(don’t understand this when the estate you are on charges you restaurant prices) but okay.. What was diabolical is we had a 11:30 booking, we were full aware that there was a 14:00 booking but at 13:15 after we paid the bill we still had a 3/4 full glass of wine a manager on duty came over to ask us to vacate the table as the 14:00 booking was early. This didn’t sit well but didn’t want to make a scene. Needless to say we won’t be back. Left a bad taste.

    The service was really slow. We made a booking online ahead of time for 2pm and had to wait a full half hour before our table was ready. The previous guests were still there and then they forgot we were waiting to we had to remind them we were there. We were pretty hungry by the time we sat down then getting our orders in and starting a wine tasting also was a very slow process. We may have only eaten around 3 or later. The waitrons do seem rather lacklustre and unenthusiastic. I remembered it being a very different experience so this was disappointing

    Constantia Glen is one of my favourites I visit at least once a month - if not more often. So, to be sure for a great Fathers day celebration, I knew Constantia Glen would deliver on all accounts! We had a perfect afternoon! Thank you!

    Thank goodness we booked early and had a great table inside with the most gorgeous view. Our food was absolutely delicious, and the service was fabulous. Constantia Glen is definitely one of our firm favorites!
