This is what you can expect from our modern in-house restaurant COPA. Here we offer a contemporary menu that has been locally sourced and carefully hand-crafted by our executive chef Nigel Stemmet.

COPA restaurant accommodates up to 120 diners with ease. The spacious interior features dazzling décor and ambient lighting setting the tone for a romantic mood and accentuating the tones of cream and copper.

In addition to our à la carte menu, we serve various specials during the week.

    Beautiful place indeed. Service wonderful. Our waitress and bar lady were very nice .understood my son with autism and made sure he is relaxed and happy. We will be back again ..

    I didn't think the special was value for money the wine pairing was sub standard, didn't enjoy any of the wines. The menu was not explained properly and the options very limited. The movie was good.

    I chose COPA for my graduation celebration dinner because I had booked into Pepperclub many times over my years of studying and many study sessions were spent in that very restaurant. From the booking process, Zintle was incredibly helpful and even printed customized menus for my guests. The service at the restaurant and hotel is always top notch. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, all of my guests concur. Phumeza was the most attentive and professional waitress and the ambience was lovely. Thank you to all the staff for making my night a memorable one. Pepperclub and COPA are definitely on my list of top establishments in Cape Town and I will continue to return again and again.
