The food and service was +5-star. A special thanks to Avril Gelant for hospitality and special treatment and to Ansolette Andov, the Food and Beverage Manager, for her generousity and for going the extra mile. I will highly recommend the Copa Restaurant at the Pepperclub Hotel.

I asked a well done fillet and made it clear I wanted it well done. But it still came medium to well which I don't like. I was overcharged for cocktails I did not order nor have, the sorbet selection did not taste good nor the creme brûlée. But the service was great.

We did not use the toilets so I won't be able to rate their facilities. Their food was spot on, music was awesome and complement the atmosphere in the restaurant. The waiter knew their menu by heart. All I can say 10/10.

We had such a disappointing Valentines experience at the hotel. Our bags were put on the trolley at reception when we checked in and when we needed to go to our room the porter was gone. The hotel lobby was full of staff and management and nobody came to assist us or offer any type of assistance. We had to push the trolley to our room and offload our bags and the porter came to our room to collect it later. We asked for a quiet room as we were there for the romantic dining experience and hotel stay. It was so noisy at the hotel with night club music till 4 am that we could not sleep at all. The food and wine pairing experience was so awful, we would have had a much better experience at a Hussar Grill to be honest. The wine did not go with the food on the menu at all and they sat us at the most unromantic table next to a busy walkway into and out of the kitchen. The staff did not know the menu and gave us the incorrect information so what we ordered and what we though we were going to get was not the same thing. My husband was so hungry after the three course dinner that he phoned room service to order a burger and was told that he would need to wait at least an hour for his food, so we left it. The quality and quantity of the food was definitely not worth the money we spent. The next morning we ate breakfast at the hotel and ordered eggs benedict with soft eggs. Breakfast came back with hard eggs and we sent it back with the same request. The service was so poor that we had to keep ordering and asking for our orange juice from three different waiters and got it after our breakfast was finished. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had in my life and the worst valentines day's. I wont ever go back and don't feel this hotel deserves a five star rating.
