This is what you can expect from our modern in-house restaurant COPA. Here we offer a contemporary menu that has been locally sourced and carefully hand-crafted by our executive chef Nigel Stemmet.

COPA restaurant accommodates up to 120 diners with ease. The spacious interior features dazzling décor and ambient lighting setting the tone for a romantic mood and accentuating the tones of cream and copper.

In addition to our à la carte menu, we serve various specials during the week.

Breakfast Monday – Friday: 06h30 – 10h30.
Breakfast Saturday and Sunday: 06h30 – 11h00.
Lunch: 12h00 – 16h00.
Dinner: 18h00 – 22h30.

    Staff really went out of their way for us, our waitress was lovely. We were a bit surprised at how small the inside of the mussels were but chef came out and did explain they can't see until shells open. We both felt pretty annoyed to share our intimate anniversary dinner with another very inconsiderate couple shooting tik toks from their table, posing allover the show, shouting at the top of their voice and having conversations the entire time we ate all at the top of his voice. Our waitress agreed with us but felt helpless to intervene. Some of the fibers literally went outside.

    From the moment the reservation was confirmed by the highly competent Asanda, I just knew that returning to this exquisite restaurant was the right choice - Manager Carmen ensured that we were satisfied with our table and was visible throughout our stay - Carmen, our waiter was attentive, yet never intruding - the ambiance is ultra modern, the service great andthe food was of the best - will ertainly return.

    Everything else was magnificent except some of the meals we ordered. In particular, the Calamari Prawn Pasta.

    Loved the place and the food. Not sure though about the price of the ticket that we paid…might consider not having high prices for car park.
