This is what you can expect from our modern in-house restaurant COPA. Here we offer a contemporary menu that has been locally sourced and carefully hand-crafted by our executive chef Nigel Stemmet.

COPA restaurant accommodates up to 120 diners with ease. The spacious interior features dazzling décor and ambient lighting setting the tone for a romantic mood and accentuating the tones of cream and copper.

In addition to our à la carte menu, we serve various specials during the week.

Breakfast Monday – Friday: 06h30 – 10h30.
Breakfast Saturday and Sunday: 06h30 – 11h00.
Lunch: 12h00 – 16h00.
Dinner: 18h00 – 22h30.

    We had New Year dinner and loved it!!! The dinner was really great…especially for oyster lovers…. The service was outstanding as always in Copa!!!!❤️ and the live music was absolutely awesome, especially the big voice of this small person…👍👏👏👏

    We were waiting a way too long for our drinks, we did a pre payment but we received a bill where we should have paid the whole amount again, that’s a No Go. The singers had more breaks instead of singing

    My experience was wonderful as always! Food was exceptional, except the 1st course of snoek terrine which was not a terrine. It had a few bones and the texture was not what it should have been, other than that my whole experience was amazing! When I arrived Kyle immediately took care of me! Manager on duty Carmen was friendly and hospitable at all times, exactly what you’d expect from a 5* property. The early front desk team when I arrived was not inviting except one gentleman that asked if I’m ok while dining, his a keeper. Late shift when I left was very warm and polite. Thank you COPA for a lovely evening!

    Staff at the kitchen and restaurant should tone down on noise and stop standing in a group. A good dinning experience requires a serenity
