Corlie’s Italian is a warm, family-run trattoria in Paardevlei where wood-fired pizza is the hero.

What started as a passion for proper Neapolitan-style pizza has grown into a destination for handcrafted Italian food made with patience and pride. Our dough ferments for up to 72 hours, our pasta is made fresh, and our gelato is produced in-house using traditional Italian methods.

By day, expect a relaxed, welcoming space perfect for coffee, lunch or a scoop of artisanal gelato. By night, the restaurant comes alive with the energy of families, friends and shared tables — good wine, beautiful pizzas and honest Italian cooking at the centre of it all.

Whether you’re joining us for a quick Margherita or a long dinner with a bottle of wine, Corlie’s is about simple food, done properly.

    Italian cuisine??? Corlie's provides the very best in Italian. The only restaurant in the Helderberg, which provides outstanding Italian food and remarkable service. I recommend without hesitation.
