Corlie’s Italian is a warm, family-run trattoria in Paardevlei where wood-fired pizza is the hero.

What started as a passion for proper Neapolitan-style pizza has grown into a destination for handcrafted Italian food made with patience and pride. Our dough ferments for up to 72 hours, our pasta is made fresh, and our gelato is produced in-house using traditional Italian methods.

By day, expect a relaxed, welcoming space perfect for coffee, lunch or a scoop of artisanal gelato. By night, the restaurant comes alive with the energy of families, friends and shared tables — good wine, beautiful pizzas and honest Italian cooking at the centre of it all.

Whether you’re joining us for a quick Margherita or a long dinner with a bottle of wine, Corlie’s is about simple food, done properly.

    Best pizza in Helderberg, best service and best quality Italian food. But the cherry on the cake/pizza is their home made gelato - don't miss this - life changing experience!
