New Years Eve Dinner

Dinner, drinks and decadence – the perfect way to end 2025. With harbour lights, and high-end cuisine, COY is the perfect Cape Town spot for a year-end finale. Two seatings are available: 17h30 – 20h30 (for those wanting the fun of NYE, without the late night) and 21h00 to late (for those who loved a midnight razzle). Dress code is black tie, and bookings are essential.

    Everything was great but unfortunately it was extremely windy so we had to hold onto our wine glasses. Perhaps think about getting some sort of retractable shade cloth for those windy cape town days. Apart from that everything was superb.

    Firstly: they were extremely accommodating after our very late arrival caused by insane traffic on the elevated freeway. Secondly, some of the dishes were sublime-the amadumbe sourdough role was delicious and I loved loved the roasted tongue. The duck was also very special. A lovely evening.

    Unsere Erwartung von Fine Dining wurde nicht erfüllt. Es gibt bessere Alternativen an der Waterfront. Man zahlt einen vergleichsweise hohen Preis nur für die Aussicht. Den ganzen Abend Grillgeruch im Restaurant, sehr viele aber teilweise unaufmerksame Kellner und am Ende gönnt man sich ungefragt 13% TIP. Bleibt unser einziger Besuch.
