Crawdaddy’s, established 1995 has become a landmark in Pretoria for it’s Seafood and Meat Dishes, and has created a huge loyal family of patrons that keep the restaurant buzzing the year in and out.

    Can and will be better with a better, friendlier manager. Waitrons were great,although some looked very miserable, management lacked a bit of personality. Service would have gotten 5 stars if it only depended on my waitron. Value for money....I suppose you have to pay for a name. Food....I took my food home and regretted it. Food could have been cooked a little longer to avoid chicken and pork under cooked. Ambience....a franchise I suppose. Being from Knysna, not much effort was put in to the ambience of the smoking area. In general, a nice menu, certain waitrons were friendly, management sucked personality wise and food not as good as advertised.

    We recently celebrated a 60th birthday here with a group of 17 people, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and impressively fast, especially considering the size of our group. Everything ran smoothly, and we never felt rushed or forgotten. The food was really good and enjoyed by everyone at the table, which is no small feat with such a big group. A special thank-you to the team for allowing us to bring our own birthday cake — it truly made the celebration feel personal and stress-free. Overall, it was the perfect setting for a milestone celebration. Great service, good food, and a team that genuinely goes the extra mile. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions and group gatherings.
