    The waiter was no help. Did not even explain the fifferent types of painting the pottery like the one I had last time. The cups came out so bad after firing. Overall not a good experience, the first time I went although the waiter wasn't particularly friendly she did explain everything and offered help.

    Unfortunately this was not a great experience.. our waiter (Jeff) was hardly ever around.. took 30 minutes just to take our drinks order… “forgot” to place one of the food orders and then came back and blamed us saying that he gave us all the food we ordered… no one explains how to do any of the techniques for painting.. we asked if we could have a picture printed to paint.. took almost 2 hours to get it.. took over an hour and half to get our food.. completely understand that they were very busy but we were also paying customers who booked a table and we were not looked after at all… don’t think we will be going back.. very upsetting

    Hi Carmen Thank you for your valued review. We would like to take the opportunity to apologies as the service received is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, our waitron Jeff came to the conclusion that this is not the environment best suited for him and he left on his own accord yesterday shortly after your visit. This however does not make up for your awful experience. I really would like to make it up to you and will be in contact. We would like to give you the proper Create Taroko experience if you will allow us to. Please accept of sincerest apologies.

    Not much food choice, would be nice to view things prior to have an idea of what you’d like to do. Equipment and ceramic variety was vast, would like to see a few pieces in the lower price range. Experience was fun

    We love arts and crafts and clay painting is a really great way to spend a day. The inside of the establishment is really lovely. We chose the patio which was fine too.

    It wasn't my first time painting pottery at Create, I went to the one in Lonehill with family and decided to go solo to the Taroko one and I loved it. It wasn't too packed. The hostess and waitress were kind and very attentive. The service was fast and the food was very good. I really I enjoyed my time there!
