Creation often first-to-mind for both international and local culinary
explorers. This one may not bear the traditional name of restaurant,
eatery or bistro, but be sure that when you dine at Creation’s Tasting
Room, you will enjoy the fruits of the vine equally with that of the local
bounty.
Every season sees a new, innovative and meticulously crafted adventure
that appeals equally to connoisseurs and epicureans. Gluten and lactosefree, each of the six chapters in the story are paired perfectly with coolclimate, award-winning Creation wines. Dishes will impress – like the
abalone sushi with gochujang, sesame seeds and sorrel. The integrated
kitchen team, under the leadership of chef Eleanor Niehaus, allows their
own tradition, talent and experience to contribute to the ever-evolving
menu that responds to the environment.
