    What a gem in Johannesburg! We've been to many of the top restaurants in the country and this 6 course wine pairing was comparable to the best. We had excellent explanation of the wine pairings and truly memorable well put together dishes. The stand-out of the evening for me was the gruyere dish with caramalised white chocolate. Surprising but delicious. Note that the 6 course is not available for lunch. We had a lunch booking, but they accomodated us with a change in the booking for the same evening and were very welcoming.
