They really do take you on a journey through the courses. The food was good, the service good, and the ambience lovely. Try it! Recommendations: Mix of textures with the food would elevate it even more (pearls, mousses, purees, smooth textures repeated throughout meal, we missed texture variety for the mouth feel). More unique cocktails are always a winner.

Very nice dinner during restaurant week. Interesting menu focusing on local ingredients. Great service. Only problem, the only choice of water is between San Pellegrino for sparkling and Acque Panna for still. Come on, how in 2025, and with such an approach on local sourcing can you import water and not propose local water? I know it's there is a real push (and incentive) from Nestlé in many restaurants, but this has to stop. Buy local, save the planet!

Greg is truly phenomenal! He showcased his in depth knowledge in working with the indigenous plants and how it adds so much flavour that I’ve never tried before. Definitely worth a visit if you consider yourself a foodie.
