Kick off your shoes on a pristine and isolated beach at South Africa’s favourite holiday town, Mossel Bay in the Garden Route. Sip some wine, gaze over the ocean and indulge in seafood in abundance! We at De Vette Mossel strive to offer much more than merely perfectly prepared seafood – this is an experience, in unusual and informal surroundings, where you relax with friends (old ones and newly found ones) where your time is your own and where you may eat as much as you like – just like we do along the West Coast.

The excellent preparation of top quality seafood, in abundance, and value for money, is our pride. Relax, wind down – we eat for nearly three hours! And remember, we will never run out of anything – the worst that can happen is that more is on the way!

    We will see you every year, on our anniversary. This year was our 39th. Loved everything about De Vette Mossel, and had the best food and company you can ask for.

    What an incredible experience! From the delectable food to the vibrant atmosphere, everything was simply outstanding. I had some of the best seafood I've ever tasted, and the overall ambiance truly enhanced the dining experience. I can confidently say that I will most definitely be returning for another visit!
